Early access. Reading public sources runs today. Classification, extraction, merging, scoring, report writing and the verifier are built and in testing. Alerts and ticket sync are built and being prepared for production, and the dashboard is in development. Prices and inclusions below are confirmed in writing at quote.

How we price
You pay per tracked product. We do not charge per mention, so a busy product does not cost more to track. Viewers will be unlimited and free on every plan, because a report is meant to be forwarded; editors, the people who set statuses, create tickets or change alert rules, are capped per plan. Annual plans are billed in advance by invoice or purchase order.

Community Issue Audit: $14,500
A fixed-price, one-time review of one product and one environment family. We are scheduling the first early-access audits now; write to reserve one. Typical delivery is 15 business days from kickoff, and the delivery date is confirmed in writing at kickoff.
- A 90-day look back across every public source we are cleared to read for that product
- A verified report (HTML and PDF) with an evidence appendix, plus an evidence file in CSV and JSON
- Human review of every safety- or security-class topic
- A 60-minute readout with the person who ran the audit
- Written answers to three questions you send us
- The top issues as a ticket import file for Jira, Linear or GitHub, each with its ID and evidence (direct ticket sync once it is in production)
- 30 days of dashboard access for up to 10 people, when the dashboard opens
Credit. 100% of the audit fee is credited toward an annual Team or Business plan signed within 60 days of report delivery.
Two products in one audit: $20,000. A repeat audit for a current subscriber: $7,500.

Explorer will let you read the shared weekly report for one product we already track, with 4 weeks of history and a watermarked one-page executive summary. Tell me when Explorer opens.
Report-only delivery
During early access, every customer receives reports by email. Once the dashboard opens, report-only delivery, with the weekly report, PDF and evidence file by email and no login to a new service, is available on the audit and on Enterprise plans at no extra cost. For Team and Business, ask at quote.
